Scenario: Simple To Do List for keeping up with tasks/tickets. The user can read in a file that has a list of tickets/tasks and a queue is used to keep track of the order of the tasks/tickets. The program will read in the To Do List based upon the user’s input of a filename. The user can add items to the list. Then the user can work to complete items at the beginning of the list. When the program ends, it will write the To Do List to the same file.
