In a paper of four or more pages (include a Title page, which is not part of the page count, and a Reference section) respond to the four Discussion Questions at the end of the case. Remember that you will be graded on your demonstration of knowledge of course content.

• Also, complete your analysis using at least 3 concepts from the textbook and/or class materials (GVV Concepts or OB Concepts). The book “Organizational Behavior” 19E by Stephen P. Robbins and Timothy A. Judge.

• Use APA style. In current versions of Word, when you create a new document you can choose an APA formatted template. It does quite a bit of the formatting work for you!
