Please refer to Appendix A for an overview of HR Officer responsibilities. 2)Conduct a personal skills audit for yourself including a SWOT analysis (with the use of Appendix B& C) and identify training and development needs considering the knowledge, skills and behaviours you identified in task (1)3)Critically assess the potential benefits to the organisation and individual of developing you as an HR officer through effective training and development.

The learning should be related to either your current organisation, or if not currently working within an organisation, then may complete this task in relation to an organisation with which they are familiar. This could include experience working in a voluntary capacity. You need to include well chosen visuals and academic references, formatted according to Harvard. N.B: 1. Prepare slides for your presentation using PPT slides with notes for each slides.(However, you are encouraged to work collaboratively to support one another through to the final digital production of your finished presentation.) Individually submit the PPT slides on Turnitin (Assessment 1 link). 2.
