Identify 2 program evaluations with similar purposes or disease conditions. For example, you might choose 2 program
evaluations focused on prevention of a disease, or you might choose 2 programs focused on diabetes (search terms
could include “cancer prevention program evaluation” or “diabetes program evaluation’ etc.)

Review the 2 program evaluations to determine similarities and differences in methodology, stakeholders, design, data
collection, and reporting.

Write 2 1,225- to 1,400-word analysis that addresses the topics below. Use peer-reviewed resources to support your
viewpoint on each:

Compare the program methodologies ~ what types of data were used and how were they analyzed
Explain why some program intervention and evaluation strategies are more effective than others.

Explain the stated or perceived program evaluation theories behind each of the programs.
