Scenario
Up to now finance resources in regional Pharma subsidiary company have been focused on transactional/operational
work. However, due to recent outsourcing and offshoring to global finance shared service center, some employees
will leave the financial department of the regional Pharma subsidiary company, while for those who stayed
expectations and job description will change. More specifically, in line with global finance strategy local resources in
finance department now need to create more value to business – become business partners (ex. actively contribute
to sales, market share growth etc.).
As a result, the regional Pharma subsidiary company has to create project whose objective is to develop a framework
of new skills needed, evaluate existing employees, define a training plan for existing/new employees, define new
KPIs etc.
Tasks
1. Prepare a project charter for the Human Resource Management System Project. Use the project charter
template provided in Template folder.
2. Prepare a deliverables log for this project, using the template provided in Template folder.
3. Prepare a stakeholder register and stakeholder management/communication plan for this project, using
the template provided in Template folder. Be creative in making up information about stakeholders, if it’s not
provided
