 Describe the types of health assessments and diagnostic reasoning you would apply to a patient with your selected
disorder and patient factor. Include potential issues (e.g., language barriers, developmental level) related to the patient
factor you may need to consider.
 Explain how you might educate a patient on the disorders present, taking into consideration how the patient factor
selected may impact strategies or understanding. Include your rationale for your approach, as well as how you would
promote medication adherence.
