I am developing the general idea of a problem-solution essay about secondary education & digital citizenship. You can find the problem and solution setting here:

Problem 1: Since the information technology has grown the level of Internet access and student use, it has changed people’s life, and consequently bring us the new concept of literacy which is digital citizenship. However, lack of digital citizenship could damage people, especially young student. Educators and parents don’t give children the direction of living in digital world. Internet catch them off guard. (Who to protect the students from dangerous? )

Problem 2: Students are uncovered to varied risks at varied levels on internet, for instance, inappropriate using online resource, hate speech and problematic content etc. In order to help the secondary school student to be a proper and responsible digital citizenship, digital citizenship education needs to begin in the early grades. (positive effects)

Solution 1: Training teacher’s with the appropriate policies for digital practices, therefore, teachers can be the effective role models on digital citizenship for young students.

Solution 2: Creating the new school course – digital citizenship curriculum

What I need is: I need some help on analyzing and connecting the 4 resource to these problems or solutions. Each source is used in a meaningful way in the problem/solution or both.
