Upon further market research, the team noticed that high-value home sales have slowed for new and existing homes. New Age Creations management also conducted market research on mid-level valued homes and noticed this housing market experienced dramatic sales growth.

The leadership team concludes that the upper, mid-level priced homes market is a new market that they would like to enter to increase sales and communicate to both the design and sales teams to coordinate their efforts.
