• Assignment Scenario: On Twitter one day, you come across a tweet by another employee about your boss, the head of a consulting firm. The tweet said your boss “is so dull that a 5-watt bulb gives him a run for his money.” Keeping an eye on Twitter, you discover thirty defamatory statements about your boss and the company in the next few days, all made by the same employee. When you inform your boss, his first reaction is to reach for the phone and call in the attorneys.
