(2) What’s significant about this? (provide some analysis or details that helps people understand the implications of the article’s subject matter)

(3) Who might be affected by this news and how? (for example, end users or corporate users? are they helped or harmed by the article’s subject matter?)

(4) Anything else you’d like to add.
