What did you learn about online learning?

Let’s get our gears ready and practice or learn new strategies to be successful in an online class. The Online Education Initiative (OEI) has developed a series of Online Student Readiness Tutorials to assist and to support online students in their road of Distance Education.

The assignment is for this week is to watch the followingfour orientation videos that will provide you with strategies and tools to apply in your learning environment and, most importantly your success in the class. The tutorials videos 1-4 ( approx. 12 mins each video) provide a set of interactive tools that are useful for new and/or online experienced students as they continue their academic pursuits. Also, watch the APA Style Guide video and review the resources. The following four orientation videos and APA Style Guide information will provide you with strategies to be successful in an online class.

Respond to the following question for Each video in a summary paragraph. (Do not use the question’s number responses format) Also, include a Header with each video’s title to organize your paper.

2. What kinds of learning strategies will you have to use in order to be successful in the course? How might you use the learning resources in taking this course?
3. Which strategies have been effective, or ineffective, for you in the past?
4. What would you change or improve to modify/change your learning/personal style to be successful in the class?
5. Share your reflections about what resonated with you about APA Style Guide.
6. Any other thoughts
7. Follow the paper format

FORMAT:

The paper must be organized in the following criteria:

1. Submit the assignment in Pdf or Microsoft Word document only- No Pages
2. APA style
3. Type a comprehensive paragraph for each video reflection, a total of four paragraphs.
4. A heading to each video’s reflection paragraph (Include the video’s title- Do not number the videos).
5. Respond to the questions
6. Any other learning thoughts/impression
7. Do not email the assignment, with no exceptions
