I am not meeting the goals for a 43 year old female who weights 150 lbs and is 4 feet 11inches according to the recommendations of physical activity in CDC.

• How you are meeting the goals? I have tried to meet the required goals for physical activity during the week but the most I can squeeze in is 30 minutes 3 times a week of brisk walking. I also do home chores on the weekends
• What are the barriers if you aren’t meeting the goals? I work six days a week as public health nurse, therefore I travel all around the county. My day starts at 6:00 am when I wake up give breakfast to my 4 kids and get them ready for school. then I drive to work everyday to different locations. I come home by 5:30 pm cook dinner for my family and prepare lunch for the next day. I am usually finish by 9:00 pm and then I do my school work until about 11:00 pm.
• What you could implement to meet those goals? I am trying to sit less at work and move more during my lunch break.
• What are some creative ideas for physical activities that you could include in your life?
