Recently enacted state laws convey fundamental rights exist for individuals to receive a college education and to obtain
home ownership. Using case law, the Constitution, Federalist Papers, the videos, articles… we examined in this class
(do not utilize any materials we did not examine in this class or you will not receive credit for said utilization), discuss
whether these issues should be fundamental rights, or not. Be certain to convey why both issues should or should not be
fundamental rights and support your answers with course content. Then, convey which legal branch of government has
the most power and authority to further support these laws or void them. Tell me why and explain why your selected
branch of government has such power. Support your answer with relevant course content.

Be creative and brilliant. Do not use information sources we did not discuss, examine… in this course. Only use case
law, articles, Constitutional materials… we examine in this class. Edit your work, mind the word limit, be sure to answer
all questions directly, and use proper grammar and syntax. Your word limit for this final exam is 500 words.

Note: As a reminder, the analysis is the “why” behind your answer. The why includes the way you synthesize course
materials and facts from the hypothetical to support your premise.
