You are tasked with drafting a paper to explain the processes and procedures required to ensure that a provider has the requisite training and education to treat patients. Be sure to include:

• Education and training requirements for licensure.
• Any testing or procedures to obtain licensure.
• How your facility should verify the healthcare providers’ qualifications.
• Any additional training a provider should receive and how the facility will ensure the provider is maintaining this.
• How credentialing relates to the accreditation process; and
• The impact of credentialing and accreditation on patient safety and facility well-being.

Your paper should meet the following structural requirements:

• Four pages in length, not including the cover sheet and reference page.
• Formatted according to APA 7^th edition and Saudi Electronic University writing standards.
• Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of four scholarly articles. Two of these sources may be from the class readings, textbook, or lectures, but the other two must be external. The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these references.
