In the span of a few short years, technologies like big data, the Internet of things, machine learning, artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing has created new opportunities for productivity and affecting almost every area of the economy, society and culture. In this assignment, your group is to select one (Case study/Business story) of a business that went through a rapid change in business model by adopting information technology then write a report that contain the following:

The report should include the following:

• Introduction

A brief summery about the case.

• The trigger for change

Why does the business needed to replace their current business model?

• List of implemented technologies

Elaboration on the adopted technologies and their functions.

• Conclusion

Guidelines and Notes: 

• You will enroll yourself in a group in blackboard along with your group members. Each group should have 5 to 6 members.
• The submitted file should include the assignment cover page and the report. Name the file as (MIS102 – Assignment 1-Sec 20x-group number)
• The report should be of 3 pages (without the cover).
• Use Times New Roman font style, 12 font size and 1.5 line spacing.
• Include a list of references using APA style.
• Due date is on Week 7, Thursday – End of the day.
• The assignment must be uploaded on Blackboard before the deadline (for any delays, marks will be deducted 20% for each day).
