Length: 1500 word essay

Structure: include a title page and reference page in APA style. These do not count towards the minimal word amount for this assignment.

References: Use at least one APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions.

Format: Save your assignment as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or docx).

File name: Name your saved file according to your first initial, last name and the assignment number  (for example “RHallAssignment1.docx”).

Situation: You are applying for a job in healthcare.

Product: In order to make the best possible impression, you are constructing a reflection journal.

Standards and Criteria for Success: Research potential jobs that interest you in healthcare and describe a job for which you would like to apply. Describe what skills you currently possess that would qualify you for this position. Describe further education or skills training that might be needed to qualify for this position and how you would obtain that training. Create a description of how you would apply for, interview for, and secure this position. Be sure to include at least one citation/reference about the potential job for which you are applying.
