This week’s assignment is an opportunity to connect how cultural care theory and the evidence surrounding cultural competence could guide your future practice.
   Write a 700-word paper in which you do the following:

   • Provide an overview of cultural care theory.
   • Discuss the evidence surrounding cultural competence.
   • Explain how you will incorporate that evidence into your future practice as an advanced practice nurse.
   • Discuss a situation that would require you to apply cultural care theory and concepts.
   • Describe how implementing cultural competence concepts will improve outcomes.
