If you had all the financial, political, and popular support imaginable, how would you transform Charlotte?

Your final writing assignment will be a Proposal Argument in which, having identified a community problem in Charlotte, you will make suggestions on how to deal with this problem based on your research. This will be a synthesis of the different argumentative methods you’ve employed throughout the semester.
