-Proposed plan comprehensively and critically addresses motivational and ethical considerations on workforce behavior (team and individual), paraphrasing required number of scholarly/authoritative sources to support the analysis.
-Comprehensive and critical evaluation of inclusive change management strategies address more than half of the required criteria (communication, teamwork, conflict management, talent development, group dynamics or learning development for a diverse workforce) without misconceptions. Paraphrases required number of scholarly/authoritative sources to support the analysis.
Uses a breadth of vocabulary appropriate to discipline or context and writes in a sophisticated manner clearly conveying the message of the speaker. Rarely makes errors in grammar, spelling, and other aspects of writing and referencing. Consistently applies APA formatting.
