Now the focus of the course shifts towards the final examination, which is an individually written memorandum (Submit
task 5). It may therefore be appropriate to read the instructions for both pre-submission tasks 4 and 5, and also for the
tutorial session, so you get a picture of the whole. Now the degrees of freedom are increasing, which is sometimes
combined with greater perceived uncertainty. Your submissions will not be regulated in the same way as before, neither
in form nor content, but instead, it is your own choices that will be decisive.

First of all, you must choose an article that will be guiding for your future work (there will be limitations regarding how
many people can choose the same article). | have already chosen an article. | will attach it to the order.

Your chosen article provides the concepts and/or models that you can discuss/analyze with the help of. Based on this
article, but also in relation to the additional articles you will have to search for yourself (at least 3 pieces), you must
create a problematization. You must therefore give a picture of the current research area (which is partly given by the
article you have chosen but also the other articles you have searched for), and based on this develop and specify 2
question through problematization. The question must be in line with the overall theme of the course. This also makes
literature from the course’s earlier moments relevant in relation to your question. You can therefore use previous
literature as a benchmark to be able to assess whether the question you asked and the interest you chose to adhere to
the theme of the course. However, of course, not all previous literature is equally relevant for all choices.

So, regarding the articles you search for yourself, make sure you don’t “fly away”. The produced literature must not
result in you leaving the course theme or that your first chosen article is not in line with your choices. This is difficult! We
know! It requires both discipline and creativity. But, feel free to see it as an exercise before the planned D-essay.

must be relevant to the same topic and then create a problematization and come up with a question that will cover the
attached article and the other ones that you will search for. Please give close attention to the instructions. Again read the
instructions carefully and try to create the problematization in an advanced way.
