Welcome to the Week Seven Roundup Discussion Forum. After you review the materials for Week Seven (chapter(s), Ted Talk(s) and PowerPoint) please:

• Pick one of the end-of-chapter(s) discussions below and share your answers in this forum by clicking on Reply, typing in your response and then post. Your answers should be well researched using the book and other reliable resources. You should also add your own experiences with the topic as part of your analysis. Your answer should be between 250 – 500 words and include your sources.
• Your initial instruction is due by Wednesdaybefore midnight.
• Respond to one other classmate’s posting in a second reply/post. I expect that you will add substantially to our learning in that response. “Me, too” or “Great answer” are not acceptable for points. If you can, feel free to bring in your own experiences.

Week Seven Discussion Questions:

1. If you have been involved previously as a manager of change, how would you rate yourself in terms of your handling of the need to take actions that sustain change? What have you done well? What not so well? (Chapter Eleven)
2. Of the cases presented in this chapter, which one resonates best with you? What is it about this case that you can relate to? Are there any implications for how you would act in the future? (Chapter Eleven)
3. How good are you at handling unanticipated outcomes? How could you improve in this area? (Chapter Eleven)
4. If there was one main idea that you took away from this chapter that you believe can be of most use to you as a change manager, what would it be? (Chapter Eleven)
