• Nature: Group Activity
• Group: You can formulate your group voluntarily using:

if not done I will assign the group randomly. Each group must consist of 4
students each.
• Company:
o The company must be listed in the TADAWUL.
o It must have its financial statement in its website for at least last five
years.
o Once a group select a company, add it to the spreadsheet above.
o The allocation of the company is strictly on first come first serve basis.
• Economy analysis: Maximum 300 words about the economy.
• Industry analysis: Maximum 300 words about the industry to which your
company belongs to.
• Ratio analysis: At least do the ratios being discussed in the lecture. Maximum
50 words about each type of ratio analysis in the excel sheet.
• Forecasting & Valuation:
o First of all compute the relative valuation models (P/E, P/BV, P/S, P/CF,
& EV/EBITDA).
o Make forecasting of the financial statements for next 5 years.
o Based on your financial forecasting calculated above, compute the
valuation of equity using DCF valuation model.
o Compare the DCF valuation with the relative valuation model.
(Maximum 700-800 words).

• Format of submission:
o Write-up in word document. Times new roman, 12 font sizes, the
headings should be in 14 font size and subheadings should be in 13 font
size. All the text should be justified and should follow the left to right
direction. Make 1-inch margins on the top, bottom, and sides.
o Excel sheets of all workings done in the project (ratios, base for
forecasting, forecasting, valuation, cost of capital, Beta etc).
o PPT of the presentation.
o No late submission allowed.
