Overview

The National League for Nursing’s Nurse Educator Competencies encourages nurse educators to be actively involved in scholarship. Your completion of the Integrative Literature Review was a scholarly endeavor that has resulted in relevant findings for your practice. The next step for professional practice as a nurse educator is the dissemination of your Integrative Literature Review findings to a greater audience. At the completion of this assignment, you will have a final product — a digital poster — that you may publish electronically or print and present in your professional setting. You will not be required to disseminate the poster; however, the final version of your digital poster will be suitable for publication.

Instructions

• Using the Integrative Literature Review: Digital Poster Template, you will organize the findings from your literature review.
• The section titles and the background must not be removed, but the color, font, size, and placement of all content is up to you. All creative and content aspects belong to you. Make the poster suitable for your practice area and professional role.
• Sections must include:
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Evaluation and Analysis
  • Implications for Future Research
  • References that are cited on poster (not complete Integrative Literature Review sources)
  • Charts, graphs, photos to add context and support aesthetics of posted
