At the end of Chapter 2, pages 35 – 38, there are several "Business Ethics Cases&quot,. Your assignment is to do
the following for Sword Technology, Inc.

1. Clearly state which Business Ethics Case you chose.

Identify ALL of the ethical issues arising from the Business Ethics Case you chose.

2. Articulate what you propose are the best solutions (and why) to ALL of the ethical issues you have identified.

In proposing your solutions to the ethical issues you have identified, state and explain what ethical theory or theories
from Chapter 2 you are utilizing.

3. You should list the ethical issues separately and follow this format for EACH ISSUE: (1) state the individual ethical
issue; (2) give your proposed solution to the issue; and (3) explain what ethical theory or theories you are using to solve
the issue. Each issue should follow this specific format.

Additional instructions:

Your paper must be 2 minimum of 3 pages. This means 3 FULL pages.

You must fully identify and develop your solutions with critical analysis, substance and original thought. If your paper
does not follow the required format detailed above or your paper simply shows a lack of effort, you will lose points.
