I need help putting together the exercsies for a 12 week porgram to improve junior female tennis player’s IMTP peak force and Jump heights (CMJ and DJ) as primary goal, and to improve 10m sprint time as secondary goal
I was thinking of splitting it into 3 mesocyles – (4 weeks each), 2 sessions per week
1st would be for gaining strength and injury prevention (Muscle strength exercises)
2nd would have more plyometric exercises to improve jump height
3rd would have the above and introduce sprint exercises
I need help putting intensity/reps/sets with their exercises and show good progressive overload. This is due tonight!!
