How was Pashion Footwear likely developed?

Pashion Footwear was developed by CEO by Haley Pavone because of an incident she had when she was out dancing with friends. As usually heels hurt and when she took her shoes off, her foot was stepped on by another high heel (Feldman, 2022.) I think that even if she was still wearing a high heel or not, she still would have been stepped on because most high heels and flats do not protect the top of the foot. So, her main motive for creating this shoe in my eyes would be for comfort for dancing and everyday life. This is a great concept for women when they need to drop the heels and run off on different tasks. The product life cycle her company is in right now would be the coming out of the introduction stage into the growth stage. They seem to be generating a generous amount of sales so far which is why I think they are just now entering the growth stage.

This product seems pretty amazing but as I was reading about it, I wondered in how convenient this product actually is with having to switch out parts and put them in your carrying case. I wonder if there could have been a way to have the heel just connect to the bottom of the base of the shoe in a hidden spot. Anyways, it beats having to carry an extra pair of shoes around when you need to switch out. My other concern for them is that they are around $165, which to some people might be a little spendy when you could easily get two pairs of shoes for way less then that, and in styles that you want. You would be marketing to people who can afford to spend that on shoes. If the shoes held up in quality and would last much longer than to two pair of cheap shoes you buy, then it may be worth saving money and buying these shoes. I am interested to see how they do over the next couple years. She did a great job in being innovative the fashion world.
