PLAN:
Identity any evidence of organisations that have successfully changed/addressed the above with
interventionsttraining/modemization etc.

and harassment and a resistence to change.
2. Second, identify any strategies that these organisations have used or implemented to alleviate the problems.

3. Third, identify any areas where this culture has led to poor mental health or where the above interventions have
resulted in an improved culture around mental health/awareness.
