Hey guys, I really need help with these four easy assignments. I will give you the info to go in and see all the info you need in order to do the work. I need someone who is good with excel and is good with math as well. Below is the instructions for one of them. The actual problems will be given when you accept the assignment. Please help me!

Assignment instructions

Look under Modules for Chapter 19 and find the Excel template I posted that has the words BLANK FOR STUDENTS, and download it. This is the cleaned-up template that works better than the one downloaded from McGraw-Hill. That’s the version I will lecture from, and you can use it for your homework.

THIS HOMEWORK IS DUE the class before Exam 1, so we can cover it before Exam 1! But TRY IT BEFORE THIS in case you make mistakes and can get your questions answered.

PR – (Problems)

6a, 6b

Try by second LP class. Due class after last LP lecture. I recommend doing it early, to see where you have problems. Prepare solutions for next class or post difficulties on a discussion post, and identify any problems you have with the homework. We’ll cover the answers in class.

Do 7a & 7b

Do problem 7a and 7b. These simply ask about the ranges of feasibility and optimality from problems 6a. To do this, when you run problem 6a and use Excel solver, ask for the “sensitivity report” when solver asks if you want to keep the solution. As covered in class, the answers to range of feasibility and optimality are on the sensitivity report. See the tutorial if you forgot how to interpret it. (Hint: you will see these questions again VERY soon…)
