concept of your interest). Write an introduction explaining your choice of the theory or concept

2.Explain the theory or concept as you understand it (describe its key points in your own words).

studying. A hypothesis is your educated guess that aims to predict the answer to the research

5. Propose who your potential research participants would be if you were to conduct this study in
a real life; propose your sample size, that is, how many participants and groups you would need
for the research method you selected (caution: you must not attempt to approach or recruit
anyone for this research paper, you are required to write a proposal, not to conduct a real study).
6. Discuss the ethical requirements that you would need to follow, if you were allowed to

conduct this study in real life (see Chapters 1 and 2 of the required textbook)

7. Propose the data analysis strategy that you would use to analyze your prospective data. Your
data analysis strategy should be aligned with the research method you choose, e., experimental
or quast-experimental methods would require a comparison of mean scores between two groups,
or a correlational method would require identifying two variables and looking for a correlation
between them through a correlation coefficient (see Chapters 1 and 2 in the required textbook,
and the peer-reviewed article of your choice).

8. Conclusion (summarize what you have learned while writing your paper and how this,
knowledge will help you to better understand psychology).
