Each week you will be required to utilize the class discussion board to generate a response to a question(s) posed in the module about that week’s topic. This is a great way to build a sense of community, discuss key concepts, and learn from others.

Posts and responses should be written on a collegiate level and fully address all assigned criteria. Each initial post should be approximately 300 words and should be well written and properly cited using two sources in APA format. 

To receive full credit, your responses must demonstrate an understanding of key concepts; further the discussion by providing an original and relevant insight; include a rationale, evidence, or example that supports your response; and be free of significant mechanical errors. All references should be cited and listed according to APA guidelines

In Week 5 discussion question, you are required to “Describe which recommendations would be most effective and least effective based on your leadership style. Support your self-analysis with external research.”

• What is your leadership style?
• Ask those at work, church, or family if they see the leadership traits of your preferred style in your actions.
• How would they describe your leadership style?
• Listen to the replies, do not offer justification or an explanation.
• Based on the feedback, research the various constructs for leadership theories. For example, which theories are close to the observed leadership traits others see in you?
• How does this information influence your response to the Discussion Question?

In today’s work environment, leadership may encounter multiple generations and employees across the organization and in remote locations and cultures.
