Instructions:
Develop you VBA program include the following forms and code:
1. Credits Form- course number and name, assignment, date, name, etc.
2. Main Form – desc, buttons for simulation, time and motion, work sampling processes,
quit
3. Simulation Processes Form – Instructions caption, buttons for data collection, analysis,
output, back button.
4. Sim Input Form – instructions caption, text box, save datasetname button, arrival,
servstart, servend, and back buttons
5. Sim Analysis Form – instructions caption, back button
6. Sim Output Form – instructions caption, back button
You should include all necessary controls and code in each form. You should also have
instructions on each form in a caption control.
Your program should immediately execute on opening using workbook object code.
This assignment is the basis for all of the other future VBA assignments, so it is essential to have
a fully functional program to turn in.
