Read the paper by Elizabeth Ward. Then from the FDA vitamins and minerals chart, choose at least 2 vitamins and 2 minerals that are associated with a disease of your choice (heart failure, hypertension, dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancer, type 2 diabetes, etc). Explain how deficiency/toxicity could potentially cause/accelerate that disease and how proper amounts of those vitamins/minerals you have chosen can help prevent that disease. Keep in mind the following concepts when writing your paper: 1) would sex, age, height, weight, and exercise/physical activity levels change things? If so, how? 2) would taking a multi vitamin daily help or hurt and why?

Write a 3-5 page paper, double spaced, times new roman, size 12 font, and list your references at the bottom of your word document in APA format.
