This Discussion Board consists of two parts.

Part 1:

Imagine that you are the Food Truck owner that sells specialty gourmet sandwiches. You travel to local events throughout the state of Arkansas during the summer. Your goal for the summer is to make enough money to pay your college tuition next semester (assume a net profit goal of $3,000 or $1,000 per month for the three summer months of June, July, and August).

To ensure that your business successfully meets its goal, what are THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS that must be controlled? Explain why each one is important for business success.
